Silver, Gold decline on bearish global advice

Mumbai, May 7: Silver and gold declined today on lack of fresh demand in the closing session, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association said.

Following are the closing rates of silver and gold: Silver (per kg) 999 fineness grade : Rs 18,955 (18,970), Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 9,120 (9,155), Gold 99.9 purity pure Gold : Rs 9,165 (9,205).
