Zion Promoters to invest Rs 200 cr on 2 projects

Faridabad, May 6: Riding on the growth wave in the real-estate sector, Zion Promoters and Developers has launched two new projects here with an outlay of Rs 200 crore.

''The projects, costing over Rs 200 crore, will be completed by July 2010, well in time for the Commonwealth Games,'' company's Director Anil Kumar Munjal said here.

The real estate prices are cheapest in Faridabad and soon the place will catch the eye of the investor, because of high consumer demands in the National Capital Region (NCR), he said.

The nearby areas like Hardwar, Dehradun and Jaipur are also on the cards, but there's a huge potential that can be explored in the existing market, Mr Munjal said.

Spread across over thirty acres of land, the new projects will provide the consumers best of the features like modular kitchen, sauna bath, and some have also been fitted with air conditioners.

The flats are priced around Rs 1,850 per square feet.

''As far as competition is concerned, Zion is all set to become real estate giants in the coming years. We are striving to make a mark by building residential apartments with all modern, world class standards, facilities and specifications,'' Mr Munjal added.
