Scavenger's job is respectful than Collector's: Loksatta

Machilipatnam, May 6 (UNI) Scavenger's job is better and respectful than that of the District Collector in the Andhra Pradesh Government, said to former IAS officer and Loksatta Party founder Jayaprakash Narayan here last night.

Addressing a public meeting at the historical Koneru Centre, he alleged that the Collectors were silent spectators under the present government.

Mr Narayan also alleged that there was no morality among the present day MPs and MLAs, Most of whom were misusing their power, he added.

He urged the public to join hands with his party to work for the poor, downtrodden and toiling masses, as desired by Mahatma Gandhi and Ambedkar.
