Parle director's brother Arup leaves for Nairobi

Mumbai, May 6 (UNI) Arup Chouhan, the elder brother of Parle products Vice President Amol Chouhan who was on board the ill-fated Nairobi- bound Kenya Airways flight, has left for Nairobi to find out the fate of his younger brother.

According to a Parle official, Amol, who recently got married, was on his way to Kenya in connection with the setting up of manufacturing units in African countries, when the mishap occurred.

A Kenya Airways jet that took off during a midnight storm crashed with 114 people on board including 15 Indians, after sending out a distress signal over remote southern Cameroon.

The Parle official also said the Chouhan family was expecting details about the fate of their scion by this evening.

Amol (27) had been looking after the company's business prospects abroad.
