Contractor gunned down in Bihar

Hajipur, May 06 (UNI) Unidentified criminals shot dead a local contractor near Nathas chowk under Sonpur police station in Vaishali district late last night.

Police here today said the deceased was killed when he was coming back from the construction site at Sarai in the district.

The motive behind the murder was attributed to dispute over a railway contract.
