K'taka: One killed, 40 injured in blast

Hubli, Apr 5: One worker was killed and 40 others injured, 20 of them seriously, in a blast at a starch factory at Gokak town in Belgaum district late last night.

According to police about 35 labourers were working in the late evening shift when the blast occurred.

While the seriously injured were shifted to district hospital, Belgaum, others were admitted to hospitals at Gokak and Ghataprabha.
