NSCN(K) militant surrenders

Itanagar, May 5 (UNI) A hardcore NSCN(K) militant surrendered yesterday before the Army at Chongkham under Lohit district of the state, official sources said here today.

During the surrender before the Light Regiment Commanding Officer Colonel Narpuri, the militant Neilalung handed over an AK-47, sources said.

Circle Officer of Chongkham Tuli Gankak also attended the surrender ceremony, the sources added.
