Kamban festival from May 11

Puducherry, May 5 (UNI) The Kamban Kazhagam will be organising the 42nd Kamban Vizha (Kamban Festival) here from May 11.

Kazhagam President Govindasamy and Secretary Murugesan told newspersons here that Puducherry Lt Governor Mukut Mithi would inaugurate the three-day festival. Chief Minister N Rangasamy, his Cabinet collegues, Speaker R Radhakrishnan, Mr Justice Karpagavinayagam of Madras High Court and Mr Jagath Ratchagar, ex-MP, would take part in the festival.
