Indigo to start operation on Agartala-Bangalore route

Agartala, May 5 (UNI) Indigo, a private carrier, would start flight operation between Agartala and Bangalore via Kolkata and Hyderabad from May 21.

Indigo sources here today said the move was undertaken to establish direct airlink among important destinations.

'' Indigo has already got the clearance from the Civil Aviation Ministry and Airport Authority of India (AAI) for introducing 180- seater Airbus service four days a week, '' sources added.

Indian, Jet Airways, Kingfisher and Air Deccan have already been operating from Agartala to different destinations of the country.
