Delhi team to arrive in Hyderabad on May 7

Hyderabad, May 5 (UNI) With the surrender of Mohd Rasheed ,the alleged kingpin in the fake passort case, the Delhi crime branch police will arrive here on May 7 to take stock of the recent developments in the human trafficking racket.

According to police sources here, the Delhi police would come to the city on April 7 to collect the information gathered by the Central Crime Station (CCS) police, investigating the case.

The Delhi police had contacted the CCS police and the city Police Commissioner Balwinder Singh over phone, immediately after Rashid surrendered before the CCS police on May 3.

The state police had asked the Delhi police to send a requisition letter to them, regarding the information they needed.

Rahsid's name figured in the trafficking case filed in New Delhi.

Earlier, the Delhi police came to the city last month and conducted searches in the houses of G Rajendra Prasad, one of the arrested in the human trafficking case in New Delhi.
