SR to operate two summer spl trains

Thiruvananthapuram, May 4 (UNI) Southern Railway will run two additional summer special trains between Chennai Egmore and Nagercoil from May 6 to June 26, to clear extra rush of passengers.

According to a Southern Railway press release here, the special will leave Nagercoil at 1940 hrs on Sundays from May 6 and will reach Chennai Egmore at 0850 hrs, the next day. In its return direction, the train will leave Chennai Egmore at 1700 hrs on Mondays and arrive in Nagercoil at 0545 hrs, the next day, the release added.

The other train will leave Nagercoil at 1940 hrs on Mondays from May 7 and arrive in Chennai Egmore at 0930 hrs, the next day. The train would leave Chennai Egmore at 1700 hrs on every Tuesday and reach in Nagercoil at 0545 hrs, the next day, the release added.
