Normality restored on national highway

Imphal, May 04 (UNI) Traffic at NH 39 was restored today following an understanding between PWD officials and North Imphal United Clubs and Meirapaibis' Organisation (NIUCAMO).

The NIUCAMO members had blocked the highway since last two days demanding repair work of the road.

An understanding was reached yesterday after the assurance of PWD officials to repair the road soon.
