Malayalee in Kuwait to invest in Kerala's real estate
Dubai, May 4 (UNI) There is a surge in appetite for investment in Kerala's real estate sector by Malayalees in Kuwait.
The response to the two-day Kerala Property Expo organised by Kerala Builders Forum (KBF) is an indication that Malayalese residing in Kuwait are more interested to invest in their own state.
The exhibition, opened today by Indian Ambassador M Ganapathi in the presence of Former Minister and well-known journalist Arun Shourie, has participation from 48 real estate companies.
KBF, the official platform of builders in Kerala and also a member of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India is offering property in Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, Thrissur, Kottayam and Guruvayur.
