Illegal arms factory case hearing
Bhopal, May 4 (UNI) A local court today directed the District Public Prosecutor to make a defence counsel available at government expense on the request of five suspected naxals, including a woman, who were running an illegal ultramodern weapons factory here.
Special Judge Ashok Kumar Pande fixed May 8 as the next date for hearing. All the accused were present in court today.
The factory was busted early this year. Clues provided by central intelligence agencies led to the arrests of the rebels who were highly-trained.
