IDS launches Fortune care

Chennai, May 4 (UNI) Leading provider of hospitality software solutions IDS Softwares Pvt, Ltd. (IDS) today launched 'Fortune Care', a solution to provide superior service in the hospital industry to its customers.

This highly sophisticated solution allows guests to call a single number from where the 'Fortune Care' quality management system would allocate, track, analyse requests and complaints to enhance and streamline guest services, a company release here said.

'Fortune Care' helps in automatic escalation of request and complaints or incidents that are overdue, be it informing the VIP status of a guest to the housekeeper, or letting the general manager know that extra soap or extra towel tops the list of guest incidents.

Fortune Care also helps set pre-defined timeframe for service deliveries which once set, have to be adhered to, creating a new standard benchmark for servicing a guest, the release added.
