Madhya Pradesh: Fire in wooden stalls

Indore, May 4: A fire spread out in eight wooden stalls causing a loss to property worth Rs 75 lakh at Dhar Road GNT Market here, fire brigade sources said today.

A wooden stall caught fire on the night of May 2. Later, it spread to seven other wooden stalls. Timber and fuel woods were gutted in the fire.

On receiving information, fire tenders were pressed into service. Eighty tanks of water were used to put down the fire.
