BJP to move a privilege motion against T R Baalu

New Delhi, May 4 (UNI) The BJP today said it will move a privilege notice on Monday against Shipping Minister T R Baalu for misleading the House that the Ramsethu issue was a subjudice one and hence could not be discussed in the House.

BJP Parliamentary Party Spokesman Vijay Kumar Malhotra said that after Lok Sabha Speaker's ruling that the discussion on Sethu Samudram Project was not subjudice, the party will now move a privilege notice.

The Ramsethu issue, sought to be raised by the BJP in the Parliament was stalled by Mr Baalu and DMK members for the last three days for no rhyme or reason, Mr Malhotra complained.
