ACC cement shipments up 4.8 pc in April

New Delhi, May 4 (UNI) Country's second-biggest cement producer ACC Ltd today said its shipments rose 4.8 per cent to 1.74 million tonnes in April from 1.66 million tonnes a year ago.

The company's production in the month totalled 1.77 million tonnes, up from 1.66 million tonnes during the same period last year.
