Wockhardt to buy France's Negma Lerads

New Delhi, May 3: Drug maker Wockhardt Ltd today entered into an agreement with France's Ifrah Finance SA to acquire Negma Lerads SAS for an undisclosed amount.

French pharma group Negma Lerads reported a sales turnover of 150 million dollars during the last financial year, a statement said.
