Trade worth Rs 3,549 crore transacted on NCDEX

Mumbai, May 3 (UNI) As many as 3,072 users of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) today participated in trading worth Rs 3,549 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs.

There were more than 1,10,278 trades put through by them.

Active trades were high in pepper, jeera, guarseeds, chana, refined soya oil and rape mustard seed, NCDEX release said.

Yesterday, 579 members participated in trading and put through more than 1,12,958 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 2330 hrs was Rs 3,754 crore (one way) Active trades were pepper, guarseeds, jeera, chana, soya oil and gold, the release added.
