Rupee opens weaker, trades at 41.17/18 per USD

Mumbai, May 3: The spot Rupee today opened weaker at 41.27/29 against the previous close of 41.18/20 on Monday and is currently trading at 41.17/18.

In the early hours of the trade, the domestic unit touched an intra-day low of 41.27 but later came back stronger to reach an intra-day high of 41.17/18, dealers said.

On Monday, Rupee had touched a day's high of 41.17 before closing at 41.18/20 against the USD.
