Pratibha Industries clinches Rs 100cr orders
New Delhi, May 3: Construction firm Pratibha Industries Ltd today said it has secured two projects worth Rs 100 crore, one from GMS Construction Pvt Ltd and other from Asian Healthcare Services Ltd.
The order from Asian Healthcare has been bagged by the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Pratibha Infrastructure Pvt Ltd for Rs 80.5 crore to construct a multi-speciality hospital at Worli, Mumbai, to be executed in eighteen months.
While the parent company has got a contract worth Rs 19.9 crore from GMS Construction Pvt Ltd to set up a commercial building at Santacruz, Mumbai to be completed in nine months.
The company's Board of Directors will meet on May 11 to consider the audited financial results for the year ended March 2007.
The Board will also take into account the recommendation for dividend, further issue of share capital and the company's AGM, a statement said.
Pratibha Industries is engaged in infrastructure business with key focus on water segment.
