Bihar: One sentenced to life imprisonment

Munger, May 03: A fast track court of Justice Om Prakash Sinha here today awarded life imprisonment to a person in a murder case of a doctor.

The court also imposed a fine of Rs 5000.

According to the counsel of the prosecution Shashi Shankar Singh, Purushottam Paswan had stabbed Dr Rajendra Prasad on August 20, 2004. at his residence here.

The convicted was later taken to the Munger divisional jail.
