Heritage Hotel to come up in Pachmarhi
Bhopal, May 3 (UNI) A heritage resort golf view will open up at Madhya Pradesh's world-renowned tourist spot Pachmarhi next month.
The architecture of the hotel building, constructed by the Roman Catholic Mission in 1927, is a symbol of cultural richness and traditions of Pachmarhi.
Spread over an area of four acre, the resort has lush greenery around it.
Golf View Club and Resorts Managing Director Praveen Maheshwari and Welcome Heritage Chairman and former Jodhpur Maharaja Gaj Singh had signed a memorandum in this regard in New Delhi recently.
Welcome Heritage's hotel chain ITC Ltd and Mr Singh's company Marudhar Hotels Ltd has a joint venture.
Welcome Heritage President Rakesh Mathur said the heritage hotel in Pachmarhi would be a centre for attraction. The hotel would be sixth property of the Welcome Heritage Group in the state.
The Centre and the state government had given their approval for the project.
Welcome Heritage is India's longest hotel chain having 52 properties in 17 states.
