Elderly couple burnt alive in AP

Sanga Reddy, Andhra Pradesh, May 3 (UNI) An elderly couple were today burnt alive by the villagers of Ullitimmaipalli village in Medak district, on the suspicion that they were practising black magic.

Police said Sayanna (70) and his 60-year-old wife Pochamma, both agricultural labourers, were beaten up by the people. Later, they doused kerosene on the couple and burnt them alivs.

Police arrested six villagers in this connection.
