BJP urges state to file intervening application
Hyderabad, May 3 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) Andhra Pradesh Unit President Bandaru Dattatreya today urged Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy to file an intervening application on behalf of the state to place the views of the people before the Supreme Court on reservation in Central educational institutions.
In a lettter to Dr Reddy, he said reservations in Central Educational Institutions case was to come up for hearing on May eight .
Since the ruling party as well as all other opposition parties had unanimously expressed anguish against the interim order given by the Supreme Court, Mr Dattatreya requested the government to file an intervening application submitting substantial records before the court.
