66 units sealed by MCD in seven zones

New Delhi, May 3 (UNI) Continuing with its drive to seal commercial units operating in violation of the 2021 Delhi Master Plan, the MCD today put to seal 66 units in seven zones of the city.

Among the areas where the commercial units were sealed are Sultanpuri in Najafgarh zone, Lajpat Nagar in Central zone and Kalyan Puri in Shahdara(South) zone, an MCD spokesperson said.

23 units were sealed in Shahdara(North), 11 were sealed in Shahdara (South) while 12 were sealed in South zone and eight in Najafgarh zone, the spokesperson said.

With today's sealing the total number of units put to seal by the MCD since the drive began on March 28 is 1218.
