Six killed as lorry capsizes

Mysore, May 2 (UNI) Six persons, including four women, were killed and 45 others injured when an overloanded Canter lorry overturned near Channarayapatna in Hassan district, about 110 km from here today.

Police said the incident occurred when the vehicle carrying more than 50 people was returning to the village. The lorry driver lost control, and the vehicle overturned killing all the six on the spot.

Four persons were seriously injured.

They were admitted to a hospital.
