Police seize documents at TRS MLA's residence
Hyderabad, May 2 (UNI) The Central Crime Station (CCS) Police today conducted searches in the house and MLA quarters of Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) MLA K Lingaiah, who was arrested in connection with the fake passport case and remanded to police custody yesterday by a city court.
Sources said the CCS Police conducted searches in the house at Godavari Khani, hometown of the TRS MLA, in Karim Nagar district and seized documents, including empty passport applications, and others pertaining to several travel agencies.
CCS forces also conducted searches in the quarters alloted to the MLA which was sealed by the city police after his name figured in the fake passport scam.
