MPHC to hear judges' plea on May 4

Jabalpur, May 2 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh High Court will conduct on May 4 the next hearing of a plea challenging the merit list of the Additional District and Sessions Judges Examination conducted by the Court on December 30, 2006.

Chief Justice Anang Kumar Patnaik and Justice R S Jha yesterday heard the petition by 22 lower court judges who alleged that Supreme Court directives were not followed while issuing the list.

The petitioners were represented by Advocate Anil Khare.
