Motorola launches W215 handset at Rs 4,000

New Delhi, May 2 (UNI) Mobile handset maker Motorola today launched its new handset 'W215' with a phonebook capacity of up to 500 contacts and SMS capacity of 750 in India at Rs 4,000.

''The Motorola W215 will really help in making a camera available to the masses with its incredible Rs 4,000 price,'' said Mr Lloyd Mathias, Director, Marketing, Motorola South West Asia Mobile Devices.

Motorola W215 features a VGA camera with 4x zoom, vivid 65K TFT colour display and an integrated stereo FM radio with speakerphone offering up to 14 hours continuous playback and the option to preset 9 FM channels.

Its expanded battery life provides talk time of up to 470 minutes with up to 300 hours of standby.

The W215 also incorporates Hindi read-and-write capability and menu colour personalisation.
