Reliance's Go mobile in just under 1,000

Mumbai, May 2: Reliance Communications Ltd (RCL) today launched a Classic series of Reliance handsets at an affordable price range below Rs 1000.

RCL introduced the Classic-202, 203 and 204 range and the three will be available in the market at Rs 777, Rs 884 and Rs 888 respectively.

The company claimed that such handsets prices are first of its kind by any company not only in India but anywhere in the world.

On the occasion of unveiling of the new range of handsets, S P Shukla, President, Personal Business, RCL, said ''Through our new Classic range of handsets, we are confident of extending the benefits of mobility to an entirely new segment of population in metros, small cities as well as rural hinterland of India''.
