CBI files chargesheets against two accused

Kochi, May 2 (UNI) The CBI today filed chargesheet against two accused in the SSLC question paper leak case.

The investigating agency filed the chargesheet against first accused Bindhu Vijayan and her sister and second accused Sindhu Surendran before the Chief Judicial Magistrate here.

The CBI said it would file separate chargesheets against the other seven accused before the Special CBI court.

The investigations revealed that K Suresh, accused-turned-approver, stole the questions papers of the model and SSLC examinations in 2005 on three occasions from the printing press in Chennai and handed them over to the second accused who later despatched the papers to first accused Bindhu Vijayan.
