Tokyo stocks slip in thin trade
TOKYO, May 1 (Reuters) The Nikkei share average slipped in thin trade on Tuesday, losing 0.53 percent as investors sold Fanuc Ltd., a maker of industrial robots, and Honda Motor Co.
The Nikkei was down 91.54 points at 17,308.87 as of 0011 GMT.
The broad TOPIX index was down 0.16 percent at 1,697.94.
