Three-year-old raped in Sultanpur Majari

Hardwar, May 1 (UNI) A youth allegedly raped a three-year-old girl of Sultanpur Majari village under Bahadrabad police station of the district, police said.

The girl was found locked in a shop where she had been raped yesterday. A report was lodged by the victim's mother Ravita and police registered a case under sections 342 and 376 of the IPC against accused Sachin.

Police said the medical examination had confirmed rape.

The accused was produced before a magistrate who sent him to jail today, they added.
