Rahi flays Mayawati

Gorakhpur, May 1 (UNI) Flaying Mayawati-led BSP, ruling Samajwadi Party leader Ramlal Rahi, who was earlier in Congress, today said the formation of the new government in Uttar Pradesh would depend on BSP MLAs, ''who have bought assembly poll tickets.'' ''Dalits now know that Ms Mayawati is selling their rights in the form of party ticket. People who are contesting the UP election, after buying tickets from BSP will also sell themselves later,'' the former union minister said while talking to reporters here.

Mayawati is becoming rich at the cost of dalits, who are now well aware of this hard fact, he observed.

''SP is a party of villagers and farmers...therefore, farmers feel closer to Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav,'' he asserted.

Claiming there was a wave of support in favour of SP in UP, Mr Rahi reiterated his party would surely retain power.
