Leading corporates bag Best Management award

Hyderabad, May 1: Essar Steel Limited, Godavari Fertilisers and Chemicals, IDL Division of the Gulf Oil Corporation, are among the leading companies which were bestowed with the May Day Best Management Award for 2007.

At an impressive function here today, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy presented the awards to the companies for their contribution in maintaining industrial relations, labour welfare and productivity.

The ILTD division of the India Tobacco Industry, Kesoram Cement, Kirby Building Systems(I) Limited, Madrasi Chakkar Beedi Factory, Natco Pharma Limited, Orient Cement, Rain Calcining Limited, Rane Brake Linings Limited, Sew Constructions, Suven Life Sciences Limited and Tulasi Seeds P L were the other award winning corporates.
