BJP will end 'gundaraaj' in UP: Kalyan Singh
Jaunpur, May 1 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national vice president and former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Kalyan Singh today said that his priority would be to remove 'gundaraaj', if the party comes to power in UP.
Addressing an election meeting here, the former Chief Minister said ''the crime rate has increased under the SP's regime. Mr Yadav has only given shelter to criminals in the last three years, but if BJP wins the ongoing UP assembly elections, people will get rid of 'gundaraaj' prevalent in the state.'' ''BJP is against terrorism and not Muslims. We conider Muslim community as inseparable,'' Mr Singh added.
Senior BJP leader further claimed that the party has always stayed out of caste politics...after independence, all the political parties were busy in caste discrimination and communalism, but only BJP set an example of good governance.'' Slamming SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav and BSP chief Mayawati, Mr Singh said ''both the leaders were only befooling the masses.
They would be sent to jail by the court.'' The BJP leader urged the people to vote for his party, if they want law and order back in the state.
