7 booked in bank forgery

Rajgarh (MP), May 1 (UNI) A case has been registered against seven people, including Rajgarh District Agriculture and Rural Development Bank former President Ramchandra Dangi, for misappropriation of about Rs 3 crore in loan distribution, police said today.

This followed a complaint from the bank General Manager Bheruprasad Deep.

Besides Dangi, the case has been filed against Girish Bhandari, Narayan Singh, Sunil Kumar Sustani, former General Manager Deshpande and Managers K P Dube and N K Shrivastav.

Involvement of more people was suspected and investigation was in progress, police added.
