Silver, Gold decline on weak global advices
Mumbai, Apr 30 (UNI) Silver and Gold declined on weak global advices with the white metal down by Rs five per kg and Gold by Rs 15 per ten gm on the Bombay Bullion Exchange today.
Silver fineness .999 opened high at Rs 19,180 per kg on good demand. Later, it fell and closed at Rs 19,145 with a loss of Rs five from Saturday's close of Rs 19,150.
In London, Silver dipped lower to USD 13.50/13.54 per troy ounce against USD 13.50/13.56 per troy ounce in New York.
Similarly, standard Gold (99.5) and pure Gold (99.9) also opened upwards at Rs 9,140 and Rs 9,185 per ten gm on better buying support.
Later, the yellow metal drifted lower and closed at Rs 9,100 and Rs 9,150 per ten gm with loss of Rs 15 each from their last close.
In London, Gold dropped to USD 678.00/680.00 per troy ounce as compared to USD 679.00/681.00 per troy ounce in New York on Friday.
