Rahul visits Anand Bhawan

Allahabad, Apr 30 (UNI) Amethi MP Rahul Gandhi today visited Anand Bhawan and paid floral tributes at the Samadhi, where the ashes of former Prime Ministers late Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru, late Indira Gandhi and his father late Rajiv Gandhi were kept before immersion at Sangam.

Anand Bhawan, the ancestral home of the Nehrus, is now a museum under the management of Jawahar Lal Nehru Memorial Fund.

Rahul Gandhi is a trustee of this Fund.

He also received the delegation of Rajiv Gandhi Brigade led by Rajendra Pandey, who carries holy water of the Ganges to Sriperumbedur every year.
