ORLL conferred with Partner of Choice award

Chennai, Apr 30 (UNI) City-based global pharma major, Orchid Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd today announced that its wholly-owned Drug Discovery subsidiary here, Orchid Research Laboratories Ltd (ORLL) has been conferred with the Frost and Sullivan Award for Partner of Choice in Contract Research and Collaborative Drug Discovery.

A company release today said the 'Partner of Choice Awards 2007,' instituted by Frost and Sullivan, recognises the best Indian Research and Manufacturing Services Capability in the life sciences arena and assess their global competitiveness.

The companies that have been conferred the award were those who achieved and sustained excellence in their industry value chain component with the diligence, perseverance, foresight and dedication required to develop a successful organization and sustain continuous learning to be the true Partners of choice.

The award was adjudged on the basis of four broad parameters such as knowledge capabilities, infrastructure capabilities, competitive fitness and business dynamics, the release added.
