New Delhi, Apr 30 (UNI) An NDA delegation will soon meet Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and President A P J Abdul Kalam with regard to ''state-sponsored violence'' in Nandigram.

Addressing newspersons, BJP Paliamentary party spokesman Vijay Kumar Malhotra expressed concern over the killing of 24 people in Nandigram so far, where the situation was ''far from normal''.

Besides several people were still untraceable, he alleged.

Mr Malhotra accused that the CPM cadre in the garb of ''khaki'' posing as policemen were terrorising the people of Nandigram at the behest of the State Government which wanted to help some ''big industrialists''.

The delegation would seek the intervention of both the Prime Minister and the President to end ''police-CPM nexus'' in West Bengal and bring about normalcy in Nandigram, he said.

He alleged that the UPA Government at the Centre was ''quiet'' over the issue for being at the mercy of the Left Parties.
