Man enjoying feast hacked to death

Azamgarh, Apr 30 (UNI) Unidentified armed miscreants hacked a man to death during a feast in this district of Uttar Pradesh.

Jai Kumar -- a resident of Kolaghat -- was brutally killed with a sharp-edged weapon in Rani Ki Sarai area late last night.

His body was recovered near Nibi village today, police said.

The reason behind the crime, however, remained a mystery.

A hunt for the accused was on, police added.
