Hutch introduces international roaming with low security deposit

Ahmedabad, Apr 30 (UNI) Hutch, one of the leading telecom service providers introduced basic international roaming with low security deposit and now it would be possible to receive calls and SMS while roaming in over 175 countries.

The deposits have been brought down from a high of Rs 10,000 to Rs 1,500 and international roaming is now available at a monthly rental of Rs 99 only.

Speaking on the launch of the basic international roaming function, Balesh Sharma Vice President, Hutch Gujarat said ''Hutch has launched this service with a very low deposit so that families can enjoy their summer holidays abroad while staying connected with friends and family at home.'' However, he said that customers had kept in mind while subscribing this service that all charges mentioned are exclusive of service tax, allow 48 hours for processing request.

However, availability of the product will be restricted based on the discretion of the Hutch credit services and additional deposits may be payable.
