HLL Q4 net profit Rs 39,289 crore in FY07

New Delhi, Apr 30 (UNI) Hindustan Lever Ltd (HLL) today posted a net profit of Rs 39,289 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 44,286 crore for the corresponding period last year.

The company posted a total income is Rs 3,27,512 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 2,86,741 crore for the same period the previous year.

The results for the quarter are not comparable to those of MQ'06 to the extent of amalgamation of Modern Foods (India) Ltd and its subsidiary with the company.
