Bangalore, Apr 30 (UNI) Following is a Summary of observations recorded by the weather office here at 0830 hrs today.
Rainfall occurred at a few places over the State.
Chief amounts of Rainfall (cm) : Mudibidre, Kiravatti, Hubli Chikmagalur 2 each, Panambur, Kota, Belgaum Airport, Bailhongal, Hukkeri, Shiggaon, Tyagarthi 1 each Maximum temperatures changed little over the State.
They were above normal at most places being appreciably so a few places over Coastal Karnataka; above normal at many places being appreciably so at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and appreciably above normal at a few places over North Interior Karnataka.
Gulbarga recorded highest maximum temperature of 42.5 deg Celsius over the State.
Forecast valid until Wednesday morning: Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at isolated places over the State.
Farmers Weather Bulletin: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at isolated places over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka and at isolated places over Belgaum, Gadag, Dharwad, Bijapur, Haveri districts of North Interior Karnataka and Madikeri, Mysore, Mandya, Hassan, Chikmagalur, Shimoga, Chitradurga districts of South Interior Karnataka. Mainly dry weather may prevail over the remaining districts of the State.
