Claims for additions/deletions in voter list on May 3: RO

Shimla, APr 30 (UNI) Final claims and objections for additions and deletions of names in the voter lists for Shimla Municipal Corporation (SMC) elections will be heard on Thursday, returning officer and Shimla Deputy Commissioner Tarun Kapoor today said.

After receiving a large number of complaints for additions and deletions of names in the voter list, it was decided to verify all claims on Thursday at 1500 hrs in the returning officers office, he said in a release here.

Mr Kapoor said any person with claims and objections could walk into his office at 1500 hrs and added that it won't be entertained after that.
