Rabri slams Nitish govt over law and order situation
Patna, Apr 29 (UNI) Former Bihar Chief Minister and leader of the Opposition in State Assembly Rabri Devi today expressed concern over the recent spurt in kidnappings and murder cases in the state.
She alleged that the Nitish-government was engaged only in creating an illusion on better law and order situation while the ground realities were pathetic.
In a press release issued here, Ms Rabri Devi alleged that the people were fed up with the rising crimes while Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was only making tall claims regarding the law and order situation.
The NDA government was deliberately refusing to accept the harsh realities and was befooling the people by claiming the improvement in law and order situation, she added.
Citing the recent kidnappings of two sisters and a boy and gruesome killing of six persons, she said all these incidents testified to the prevailing condition at the grass roots level.
