Palika rape accused remanded in one day police remand

New Delhi, Apr 29 (UNI) A local Court today remanded the two accused who were nabbed last night for allegedly raping a 25-year-old girl at a shop in the underground shopping complex-Palika Bazaar to one day police custody.

The Duty Magistrate remanded accused Narinder and Ashok, the shop keeper in police custody for further interrogation.

The girl had gone to the market for shopping last night, when the two accused led her to a shop and allegedly raped her.

On the complaint of the girl, the police arrested both from the market last night.

Further investigation was on.
